NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS /SPONSORSHIP SALES EXECUTIVES - SW3
BASIC £25,000 - £30,000+ DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE (OTE £65K - £80K 1ST YEAR, UNCAPPED COMMISSION)
We have an immediate need for 2 candidates to join one of the worlds leading conference businesses, due to business growth they are looking to recruit 2 New Business Development Managers/Sponsorship Sales Executive. Offering a basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000+ depends on experience (OTE £65K - £80K 1st year, uncapped commission)
This is a great opportunity work within a fast paced, inspiring, demanding, entrepreneurial and fun business as a New Business Development Managers/Sponsorship Sales Executive - duties of this role will include:
To generate sponsorship sales revenue in line with agreed targets & objectives
To work with sales director to ensure agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met on a consistent basis
To uphold the mission values and goals of the company
To build excellent sustainable client relationships
To interact with senior business decision makers in a credible and commercially focused way
You will need to ideally be educated to a degree level (or equivalent) and have a minimum of 18 months previous business to business experience. You will need to be a high achiever, with proof of high earnings e.g. £70k, high value sales and have a consultative sales approach (which must not be aggressive), an analytical approach to problem solving, be result driven and team focused. You must also be a highly motivated and a self starter who is confident and assertive.
