Billing Analysts / Executives Due to rapid growth a Telecommunications provider is looking for Billing analysts and executives to join their Billing and Revenue Assurance Team and to deliver accurate, complete and timely customer billing. The billing team is responsible for the accurate and efficient running of billing processes and investigate, resolve and inform back all billing queries. They are also responsible for the analysis of pre-billing issues to anticipate future billing issues. Ideal candidates will possess: *billing experience with an analytical approach *the ability to manipulate data using Excel. *a strong attention to detail *flexibility in your approach with the ability to work unsupervised and *knowledge of the entire billing cycle *bill run experience is ideal Knowledge of ITIL processes is beneficial. With strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work to SLA's.
