Research Manager, Economic Analysis and Performance Up to £52,782 pa London LSN's Research Team delivers opinion-leading research and evaluation that informs policy and practice in post-14 education and training. This role offers you an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise and enhance LSN’s reputation as a leading source of knowledge and expertise in the education and skills sector. You will achieve this by attracting, developing and delivering a portfolio of commissioned research and evaluation projects and supporting new ideas for policy development. Bringing a high level of professionalism, you will need to demonstrate: * In-depth knowledge of strategic and demand-led provision, assessing and reviewing funding models and programme costs, and measuring the performance of the education and skill sector. * Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research approaches and familiarity with survey methodology and statistical analysis * Ability to manage relationships, staff, budgets and projects, working collaboratively in a competitive environment We offer 25 days’ annual leave (with the option to buy or sell up to 5 days), life cover, child care vouchers, a contributory medical insurance scheme and a contributory final salary pension scheme.
