On behalf of our client, a leading and fast growing Telecoms company in Germany, Manning Global Group is currently looking f or a GSM/UMTS optimization engineer to start asap in Germany .
Main responsibilities have included:
1. Development of Netw or k Optimization guidelines and process f or projects proposed, output the description documentation.
2. Realization independently of cluster optimization f or commercial GSM/WCDMA/UMTS netw or k including existing netw or k evaluation test data analysis and deliverable rep or t preparation, to improve radio netw or k perf or mance by appropriate approach to reach the target f or each KPI and each cluster. The KPI from benchmark bef or e swap will be the target f or cluster optimization and acceptance. Daily perf or mance monit or ing, analysis and rep or ting activities could be required.
3. Technical communion and clarification (e.g. RF parameter w or kshop), documentation preparation will be required.
4. training of local employees.
5. Other Routine or occasional w or k assignment related with radio netw or k planning and optimization will be required as well.
6. Good command of German languages will be most advantageous.
